Order Cancellation & Changes Policy

We understand plans can change. Requests are handled on a time-sensitive basis.
1. How to request a change or cancellation
Email info@seatrum.com as soon as possible and include:

Order number

Requested change (cancel / address / item / color / quantity)

The email and phone number used at checkout
2. Before processing begins
If your order has not entered shipping processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. After processing or after shipment
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
If the order is already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery—please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can help arrange re-shipment. Any additional re-shipping cost (if applicable) will be confirmed with you before payment is collected.
