Ordering from Seatrum is simple. Follow the steps below:

Pricing, Taxes & Shipping

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes are included in the item price when applicable. Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you place your order. For full details on shipping areas, fees, and delivery estimates, please see our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping applies to orders of $100 USD and up (subtotal after discounts, before shipping). For orders under $100 USD, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies. Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Step 1 — Choose your item

  • Select options such as color (if available)

  • Click Add to cart (or Buy now)

Step 2 — Review your cart

  • Confirm items, quantities, and selected options

  • Apply a discount code (if available)

  • Proceed to Checkout

Step 3 — Enter shipping information

  • Provide a complete shipping address (contiguous U.S. only)

  • Double-check your phone number and email so we can send updates

Step 4 — Payment and final review

  • Choose an available payment method at checkout

  • Review the final total shown at checkout (item price + shipping, if any)

  • Submit your order

After you place an order

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful

  • When your order ships, we will email tracking information (if available)
