Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included
    Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper assembly are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items (if applicable)

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such at purchase)

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order items (if stated on the product page)

How to Start a Return

If approved, we will provide the return instructions and the designated return address for your specific item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or the item arrived defective/damaged, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

  • For returns due to change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong color/size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellation / Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
