Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

Where We Ship From
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Depending on the route, your parcel may be handed off to a local U.S. carrier for final delivery.

Shipping Cost

  • Free Shipping on orders $100 USD and up (subtotal after discounts, before shipping).

  • $10 USD flat-rate shipping on orders under $100 USD.
    Any shipping fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed and successfully paid before 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST) on business days will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time (Not a Guarantee)
Delivery time starts after your order ships and may vary by item size, carrier capacity, and destination.

  • Standard parcels: approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

  • Oversized / large furniture items: approximately 15–35 business days after shipment.
    For large furniture, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Some deliveries may require an appointment and/or signature, depending on the carrier.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to re-ship the order after the package is returned, and additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the damaged item(s). We will assist with a solution in accordance with this policy.
